We love (and trust) the posties and so all orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked delivery. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days.

We also appreciate all of our wonderful customers and so we offer FREE Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked delivery on all orders over £30. 

We strive to ensure that all mainland UK orders have been received by our customers within 7 working days. Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, postal strikes or busy Christmas periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery 10 working days after placing your order, please contact us by emailing hello@bigwickenergycandleco.co.uk.
