Any orders placed after this date will be posted once we are are re-open after enjoying a Christmas break! Our website will remain open during this period, so please do continue to place orders to avoid missing out on scents (they will be posted once we are re-open for Christmas)!

We love (and trust) the posties and so all orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked delivery. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days.

We also appreciate all of our wonderful customers and so we offer FREE Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked delivery on all orders over £35. 

We strive to ensure that all mainland UK orders have been received by our customers within 7 working days. Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, postal strikes or busy Christmas periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery 10 working days after placing your order, please contact us by emailing hello@bigwickenergycandleco.co.uk. 

If you are looking for a quicker postage service for your items, are ordering a large quantity of items, or Royal Mail are known to encounter issues delivering to your address, please contact us to request an alternative postage service.
